Addison Hill, born and raised in Greenville, NC, brings a unique blend of academic prowess, athletic discipline, and innate empathy to his role as Partner at K Real Estate & Investment LLC. Graduating from East Carolina University with degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice, Addison excelled both in academics and athletics, notably as a member of the men’s basketball team. His dedication earned him not only academic recognition but also two prestigious graduate scholarships: the Pat Draughon Postgraduate Scholarship and the Walter and Marie Williams “Spirit of the East” Scholarship. During his time at ECU, a coach’s advice led Addison to explore the stock market, igniting his passion for long-term investment. However, it was his discovery of real estate investing that truly resonated with him. Seeing real estate as more than just “sticks and bricks,” Addison embraced its human element, describing it as the “people business.”Addison purchased his first investment property in his hometown of Greenville in 2019, marking the beginning of his journey in real estate investment.
